Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Feedback App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

About this app

Requires registration on the websites' admin console to work.
This will not work just by downloading it. It works in conjunction with Events setup on the backend at http://www.feedbacapp.com/feedback/

Gather customer feedback to improve your business, product, service, and experience. This app works in conjunction with our cloud-based admin console on the website http://www.feedbacapp.com/feedback/.

1. Register your event, service or product that you want to gather feedback on the website. Here you are given a unique Event Code.
2. Select which plan suits your needs.
3. Fill in your relevant details for the event, service or product.
4. Add your own questions in a variety of formats to suit the type of feedback you are looking for.
5. To get feedback from your customer provide them with the link to download the app from the play store.
6. Have them sign into the app with their name, email and your unique Event Code.
7. The feedback app will reflect all the questions you setup in the cloud back-end.
8. Once they have completed the questionnaire the data will reflect immediately in your Event online.
9. Results may be viewed using the various reports online or exported to excel.
