This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Feedback App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

This app facilitates easy data collection from customers or clients of custom feedback campaigns, events and products.

If you are and end user simply :
1. enter your details and event code
2. answer the questions
3. submit and your done.

For companies - read further:
Custom feedback campaigns are setup in the back-end portal and the associated feedback questionnaire which is then presented instantaneously to the client on the app.
Companies wanting to use the app must first login and register by creating an account on the portal at http://www.feedbacapp.com/feedback/
This app will work only with a valid event code which is given at registration of event or feedback campaign in the portal above.
1. Create an account at http://www.feedbacapp.com/feedback/
2. Create an event or feedback campaign with relevant event dates
3. Assign the relevant plan to the event
4. Add questions for the event
5. Let your clients know about the campaign and send them the event code.
6. Have your clients install the app, enter their name email and event code - once they complete the feedback questionnaire the results will be available on the portal in the reports section.
