FedSecGuard provides immediate incident acceptance and smart app navigation with efficient privacy and communication features. The Responder is a comprehensive Mobile Dispatch and tracking solution that runs on a smartphone or tablet device. FedSecGuard enables public safety and security field users to access and share critical information; indicate availability and response statuses; instantly communicate with dispatchers as well as other mobile users; self-dispatch; and fill out reports. The user interface is easy to navigate, uses public safety terminology and graphics.

-Responder enables users to silently report new incidents from the field
-Responder receive incident report with all details
-Responder once incident is closed provide report for closing the incident
-Responder users can access a real-time list of open incidents
-Responder can access to area map featuring the following data:
--Saved/known physical locations (Point of Interests)
--Live Location of other Responder Users or Integrated Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) system
--Geo-Coded incident locations
-Responder application is interfaced with most navigation applications
-Status Notification
-Once an incident is received, the Responder user can select a response status:
--Acknowledge
--Enroute
--On-Scene
--Incident Complete
-Responder users can send messages to each other
-Live video can be streamed from the Responder application to the Dispatcher

Coverage is dependent on your mobile phone’s network and GPS connection.

This application is not intended to replace nor is it connected to your local emergency service providers.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
