This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FedSecGuard on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

FedSecGuard provides immediate incident acceptance and smart app navigation with efficient privacy and communication features. The Responder is a comprehensive Mobile Dispatch and tracking solution that runs on a smartphone or tablet device. FedSecGuard enables public safety and security field users to access and share critical information; indicate availability and response statuses; instantly communicate with dispatchers as well as other mobile users; self-dispatch; and fill out reports. The user interface is easy to navigate, uses public safety terminology and graphics.

-Responder enables users to silently report new incidents from the field
-Responder receive incident report with all details
-Responder once incident is closed provide report for closing the incident
-Responder users can access a real-time list of open incidents
