UPDATE: Just two of us ever paid for this? No wonder the author is no longer helping out. :(.....................................................Works as advertised. Unlock your GPS if it is being strangled by "Static Navigation". You don't have to pay, but I would have paid 10x gladly to get this working the way it should. Have a SiRF chip GPS in your handset but this software doesn't work with it yet? Contact the author - he had my phone added within less than a day of first making contact. 5 stars.

I think this is great for people wanting to use their android device for scientific purposes but want to be able to switch back to a power saving mode. Any chance you could add toroplus 4.2.2 compatibility. Or even better, if the static navigation setting offsets are the same across driver versions would it be possible to specify the .so file from the UI.

Works as advertised on galaxy S2. But recently changed to S3 and no longer supported :-( (Although in fairness, no idea whether it's required on s3)
