Excellent idea of an app to keep citizens safe and aware, too bad it's not what I'd expected to be - an app for VIC PD Australia. Apologies to Ms. Kelley upon receiving my email regarding block watch registration, I really thought it was VIC Australia Police department until stumbled upon their instagram link. Keep up the good work

I have never been able to get it to accept an incident report. I notified VicPD 6 weeks ago. It still doesn't work.

Data-mining app. Police can access your phone without a warrant because of the permissions required to install it. Your data isn't safe. or private.

This is not Victoria, Australia. It is Victoria BC which is Canada. Even the badge and color are similar, but definitely a different part if the world.
