About this app

Night mode is the optimal filter to help filter the screen, green light, provide warm light (night light) to protect the eyes from blue light from the screen, relax eyes and reduce eye strain when reading night. This night mode protects the eyes and reduces blue light, which can cause biological arrhythmias, eye fatigue, sleep disorders, insomnia, migraine, chronic headaches and cataracts.

What is blue light?

It is part of the visible spectrum, causes biological arrhythmias, causes eye strain, macular degeneration and sleep disorders. Other red light, blue light inhibits melatonin, sleep hormones, makes restlessness difficult to sleep. Retinal neurons will be at risk if not using night mode for eye care.

Harm of green light:

● High risk of macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataract
● Biological arrhythmias, inhibiting melatonin causing sleep disturbance
● Activate the trigeminal nerve to cause migraine headaches, increased glaucoma
● Frequent headache and chronic midnight headache
● Insomnia and sleep disorders (difficulty sleeping)
GREEN LIGHT FILTER CAN IMPROVE SLEEP?
Right. Natural exposure to blue light during daylight hours increases the energy, alertness and mood of the person but it will disturb sleep at night. (From wiki) Blue light filter has can effectively reduce blue light from the screen and help you get better sleep.
