This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Exynos Overclock on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

I know I purchased this sometime ago, but I wish I could get my money back for it. I originally purchased this for my new Note 4, which I assumed, being a US model, would have Exynos chips. It wasn't until several months later I found out that due to the fact I got the phone through Sprint, that was not the case since Sprint Note 4s used Snapdragon chips. The program also failed horribly on my Note 10.1 (US Wi-Fi Model) when it would not do anything for the phone. Also this program has failed horribly with my Note 5, which does have the Exynos. Another user described how some functions would work and others wouldn't, that is what is happening now. The functions that do seem like they work, can't do what they are intended to do because they 1. don't work properly or 2. simply look like they are working but don't do anything at all. I bought this program with good intent, thinking my phone would have the chip to use it on. However due to carrier restrictions, that did not happen. Then when I attempted to use this same program on two other devices I KNEW had the proper type of chip, the program refused to work. Can you please give me a refund?

I bought the app. It promissed in the description that it supports the new Galaxy tab pro CPUs. Yet I can't find anywere to raise the cpu clock over its stock speeds? Overclock is supposed to do just that. Go OVER the stock clock speed.

I am not able to see or control all 8 cores of my cpu. I am only only able to control the four 1.9ghz big cores. Exynos 5420. Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition

App just stays there. Shows clock AND home screen, but just that. When i tap something, nothing happens.

What is needed to run this software?
ROOT ( necessary if you wish to apply settings!)
Currently it’s good for overclocking I9500 Samsung Galaxy S4 OCTA Core (5410 ) but other EXYNOS processor (Samsung phone owners mostly) users can also try. Let us know what you people wish and we will travel the road with you accordingly. Our Refund policy is well relaxed so never worry about your money getting wasted. 

****TROUBLESHOOTING LICENSE******
If the app says "NOT LICENSED" even when you purchased from market then DO NOT BUY ANOTHER in hope that it will work, instead try this:
1> Grant root permission permanent as this cause conflict with the app dialog for the very first time in rare case.

2>If you face any other issue like retry message even when you have a good internet connection then try clearing the data of Play Sore App (settings > apps > all > play store > clear data)

or even try uninstalling and re installing the Play store update from the same path! Also quitting and reopening the app may solve the issue of BUTTON NOT WORKING as it happens only when an error occurs during license.

Please note that overclocking involves a need for custom kernel as default allows upto 1.6Ghz say for Samsung Exynos Octa core I9500, though it needs only underclocking at this time.
