I love my exway X1 Pro but the app shuts down when I try to connect to my board. I haven't been able to use the app for months. I uninstall and reinstall the app but it still doesn't work. The mileage/distance has never worked.

Great company good product! I will admit when I first got the board in summer of 2020 the app was clunky but the board always worked flawlessly. With each update the board gets better and the app more stable! I am okay with app issues especially for a new company as long as they are incrementally fixed. Love both my exway flex boards and am looking forward to better weather so I can ride again!

The wheelsize is stuck on 2mm, even if I manually change it. I can't fit my email address in the feedback tab (it's not very long but still doesn't fit). It would be nice to see how much battery has been generated by braking. Would be nice to have a clock function on the hand remote display. So I know how long I've been riding for, or if I'm in a hurry. I don't want to stop to get my phone up out of the pocket to see what time it is.

This app isn't good if you have an Android. I had find the older version because once I updated the new app and firmware only one hub would spin and the app would never save my settings for the board. If you have an Android try to find version 1.4.2 then reupgrade firmware, this should help but please fix this app!! When it does work it works well

Disappointed I can't get the board's remote to download it's info onto my phone so no idea what my top speed was or any averages, etc. It downloads my settings from the app, acceleration and brake levels, etc to the board, just not the remote - sooo frustrating tbh. Expected better.

At the moment my board is bricked after firmware upgrade... Edit: managed to restore it by installing version 1.4.2 of the app as another reviewer suggested, then updating firmware to that previous version.
