This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing App FingerLock on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Our App enables you to securely and easily protect any apps of your choice installed on your device. A very usefull tool when the kids are playing games on the device or even when you borrow it to someone else for phonecall for instance, this will lock them out of any sesnsitive app that you choose to lock. The simple user intreface allows you to get the job done without difficulty. *TRICK* Type "*locked" in the search bar to show a list of the locked apps.

First ensure that a atleast one fingerprit is enrolled in the device (this will be used by the app for the authentication procedure). Then simply set-up the app by addint a back -up pin and choosing what apps to unlock. It uses PBKDF2/SHA1&AES Encryption and Persistent initialisation vector storage to securely perform passwrod aauthentication.

Your device doesnt have a fingerprint scanner? Absolutely no issues, the back-up password is used instead to authenticate locked apps.
