This is a nice app to have if your in need of a quick view of your utility usage on a regular bill or also a prepaid bill. It also gives you details you might need in a hurry such as your account number or during outages you meter number even it would tell you if outages are in the area and how long the area has been down. You can't change your notification info; and I often have trouble changing my pwd it gives me an error code stating my email is not found with an acct.

Does not work. Even after registration, & email verification with code, could not let join utility. Restart program and it did not recognize my log on, or email address.

This app would be better if there was a way to guestion high jumps in my bill that should not have been there bc nothing ever changes in our tiny apartment to make our bill jump from $1.25 a day to $6.90 a day something isn't right bout that.

It was good till I moved and I've been trying to use it and I guess since I moved it can't use my email again for the new place I've been trying cuz this is so much easier than having to call everytime and when u call it don't tell u how much is on it like the app does
