Exhibition is very common and increasing business events in world. Exhibitor or visitor are always struggling to find good solution to manage information collected during exhibition. They every time try new experiments to get better solution.
For Exhibitor - Exhibitor have to register one person as a Admin and only one person can register as an Admin. Admin can only add or invite other user or employees (we call here is an Invited User). All guest visitors information will be connected and synchronised with all users of same company for same Exhibition. Admin can export whole detail in XL to his email address and he can delete or erase whole data from database dedicated to his company. Any person can become admin or invited user of multiple company if one stall or people representing multiple company. User can take selfie or take picture with his or her visitor and upload and use it in his personalised and automatically customised news letter. Application will send newsletter and thanks email to visitor with attachment of company profile. Admin have to create Mater database for exhibition, Company business verticals and products or services. Visitor can be categorised with products or services he is interested in.
