Exalon QMS, developed by Exalon Dynamic Systems, is a solution provider for the human settlements and infrastructure developers in Southern Africa.

The main features of the system are the Android mobile applications, such as the applicant’s details capture, and digital mobile inspections for low-cost housing projects; and a QMS system to process the information to generate reports and management tools.

Overview

Exalon QMS is an internet based system that facilitates the entire project life-cycle of the construction of low-cost housing subsidised by the Department of Human Settlements. It has the following main modules:

Beneficiary Administration – for Implementing Agents
Quality Management – for Engineers, Implementing Agents, Geotechnical Engineers
Quality and Construction Management – for Building Contractors
Geotechnical QMS

Using an Android Tablet, one can capture, on site, the applicants’ details for a new project and manage the application process to the Department of Housing, until a final list of beneficiaries is available to start the building process.

From pegging stage, our software, used on a tablet, will allow the recording of information and digital inspections for every stage of the building process. The GPS location aspect, as well as the inspector's login, will ensure quality of inspections and accountability - providing a transparent reporting management tool.
