Working in the field without an internet connection?

The Exact Field Service Q app makes it possible for service engineers to fully manage their service activities even without an internet connection. Give your field service engineers mobile access to all relevant information they need.

This app is part of the Exact Service Management solution.

With the Exact Field Service Q app, service engineers have all work order information, customer service history, documents, service parts info, manuals etc. available in the field. They do not need to have an internet connection when registering their work. All they need to do is upload their work to Exact Synergy Enterprise when they have that internet connection.

Requirements:
• The Exact Field Service Q app is available as of Exact Synergy Enterprise Product Update 256 and Exact Globe Next Product Update 411.
• As a user you need to have a service engineer role.
• Android 4.0 or above

App Permissions

Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
