This app is really fun I love it and i use to whght 160lb and now i whght 82lb i sitll use it every day and now look at me I lernd the splits wit this thing I do it evry night before going to bed at 8:20 and I go to bed at 8:40 it is really fun 10/10 that I will recomend doing it evry night befor going to bed.
