I've been using my Everkey for a few months now. It's OK. When it works, it's great - but it stops working after a week. My phone will show that my Everykey is in range and charged, but it will stop unlocking my phone until I uninstall/reinstall this app. At one point, because I didn't open the actual app on my phone, its permissions got removed, so when I reinstalled it that time, I made sure to select the option to not remove permissions. Also, the battery in my Everkey only lasts a week.

The concept is great. The screenshots look good. The website promises the world... In practice, however, it doesn't do some key things that are mentioned in the site, and the app doesn't look like it claims. 1. No import functionality from anywhere. 2. No range adjustment available. 3. Will not auto lock when the key is out of range. 4. Doesn't work properly when another Bluetooth device (wireless headphones)is attached to phone (keeps saying, "out of range." Fix these, and they'd have a 5/5....

The Android app is "ok", it works better on my phone than the Windows app for locking/unlocking Windows and the plugin for Chrome does. The hardware itself SUCKS. Not hardly after the first month, it died, completely, no signs of life. After a week of going back and forth with support they sent a replacement. Now three months later, it's dead again, does nothing. It was working perfect one minute and then the next, nothing. I'm just going to eat the cost of this and not bother with it anymore and not bother to deal with support again to get it replaced.

This little device is really cool. When setting up your key, be sure to have "location" enabled on your device or the app will not find your key. When you're finished logging into your accounts, you can disable location and also bluetooth until you need to access your accounts again. That is if you're not using any other bluetooth devices. Leaving it off until needed will save battery. That's a given. Disable notifications in the app system settings so it won't annoy you to enable bluetooth.

When it works, it works well. So far the Android version of the app seems to be much more optimized than the Windows app, but they have both made great strides over time. Some features aren't implemented yet, but thats okay. I would love to see a detailed change log with updates for Android and Windows, but that may be asking too much. Long story short, once you get it working, it makes it super easy to go through and change all of your insecure passwords that you've used on several websites.

Recently received my 2nd EveryKey. This was a "free" key sent apparently in an attempt to get my approval following the disaster that the first EveryKey represented. It like the first key DOES NOT WORK! It doesn't lock the device, you cann ot customize range and it does not open websites with credentials entered into the application. The device and application are long on promises but fail to deliver. Do not waste your money on the device and the app is useless.
