About this app

The EventPilot virtual event app allows you to join conference sessions remotely, directly from within the app.

Depending on the event and configuration, features may include:
Virtual Events: Login to join the virtual sessions, Webinars, poster presentations and recordings directly from the mobile app.
Program: Browse the entire event program to create your personal schedule, take notes, rate sessions and more.
Dynamic Home Page: What’s on, your scheduled virtual sessions, social activity feeds, event organizer alerts.
Personal Schedule: Build your personal daily schedule with an intuitive color coded daily agenda view.
Session Discussions: Network with attendees directly within the app by joining virtual session discussions.
Virtual Expo: Browse exhibitors and sponsors, watch recorded product demos, meet exhibitors in their virtual booth.
Virtual Networking: Message other virtual event attendees privately through the app.
Global Search: Find what you are looking for with a boolean global search that includes options such as exact match and exclusion terms.
PowerPoint slide viewer: Download presentations and take notes on slides while engaged in a virtual session.
Email Notes: After the virtual meeting, export your notes for future reference.

Note: Upon installation, the app will ask for device permissions. This permission request is triggered by a requirement to understand your phone state and if you have a data connection. We do not collect or track this information - the app simply needs some basic information from your OS to run. Downloaded data updates, your personal notes or stars, or your login credentials require the app to have permissions to protected storage.
