Support got to me Via this comment! :P very nice of them! Emailed me that " no active events assigned to your sub manager account" so that resolved it just used my Admin account. Think to activate sub managers u need to upgrade to "business ticketing now tho :(

Synchronization for android only allows you to choose between only every 5 min. or even more. I need an option in 1 min or shorter.
