About this app

Energy Efficiency Services Limited, India (EESL) is one of the world’s largest Energy Service Company (ESCO) and leads the market-related activities of the National Mission for Enhanced Energy Efficiency (NMEEE), one of the eight national missions under the Prime Minister’s National Action Plan on Climate Change. EESL plays a critical role in India’s transition towards Energy Efficiency by promoting the proliferation of an energy efficient ecosystem and various levels of capacity building to sustain the ecosystem.

In 2018, the Ministry of Power assigned EESL as the nodal implementation agency with the launch of the National E-Mobility Program. The National E-Mobility Program provides an impetus for Indian vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure companies, fleet operators, service providers, and other electric mobility stakeholders to gain efficiencies of scale and drive down costs, create local manufacturing facilities, grow technical competencies for the long-term growth of the electric vehicle (EV) industry in India.

EESL Sarvekshan is designed for the Electric Vehicle stakeholders to express their interest in setting up Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. The application is accessible to all mobile users and will act as an interface between EESL and users interested in setting up EV Charging Stations.

The users through the app will notify interest to set up EV Charging Stations by filling a 10 minute survey form, which upon submission will be evaluated by EESL to deploy Charging Stations.

EESL’s long term vision is to improve the market for the electric mobility sector in India, to achieve economies of scale and promote the Government of India’s vision of a cleaner transportation sector. EESL has plans to scale up the deployment to more than 5,000 EVCI by 2025 supporting the penetration of electric vehicles.
