Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing EV Yatra on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Ill planned registration that asks me to pick if I have a 2 wheeler or a 3 wheeler or a 4 wheeler, and the person can only pick one from the dropdown. What if I have both 2 and 4 wheeler EV, or two 2 wheelers? Also, for some reason it is mandatory to share the chassis number to register on the app, and there is no explanation on the page whatsoever as to why this info is asked. Creepy! One would think searching for an EV point would be simpler. Unbelievable that an app can be so shortsighted!

It's a great thought to have all the information centrally by aggregating all the CPOs charging stations in one app. It should also be same while for paying to them , single app without having to download all CPOs apps. Currently it crashes on trying to register oneself, not able to register at all. And it would great to know why the app needs chassis information????

Pathetic. I tried to register myself with details as asked on the registration page. But screen of app goes away after putting details on registration page. This happened repeatedly.

Still in beta stage. Need improvement. This should be made the only charging app for India with direct UPi payment from app for all public and private chargers. Sick and tired of all the multiple apps for different chargers. Govt should take lead and regulate. Govt should abolish private wallets locking money of EV ussrs.in multiple private charging apps

About this app

This mobile application is used to fetch information of public EV charging stations as and when desired by the EV user. This mobile application provides the real time information related to the Public EV Charging Stations like their GPS coordinates, type of chargers installed at the station, availability of charging slots, prevailing EV charging tariff, service fee and any other information. The mobile application has capability that enables EV users to identify and book charging slots using their smart phones while on move to the next nearest public charging station. A charging station may have different types of chargers and different tarriff charges based on the charger type. The mobile application is dynamic enough to be updated frequently and shall act as a medium to seek consumer feedback for continual improvement/ upgradation of its features.

Some features of the application are currently disabled and may be activated at a later stage.
