All i got was some random reboots while using the phone with this, wouldn't suggest using this. You should use the Forest kernel instead, it doesnt reboot and actually works :)

Make sure CM11 is installed before use this app, this app has been tested in CM11 2015/07/06.

Let Note enter download mode(press power, volume down, home).
Use Odin to download official firmware.
After download, enter recovery mode(press power, volume up,home) and wipe out /cache,user data.
