This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing eTrailToEagle on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Really appreciate their customer service too!!! Of course we all wish we could do everything on this mobile application, but it meets the main needs while at scouts or out camping including adding new boys and recording requirements completion. This application along with the web site which gives parents access to their boys progress real time is why we dropped troopmaster in favor of etrailtoeagle.

App has very basic features. Wish it had more basic features as the website. Like activities, scout management. No update for a long time.

The website has been a great help in getting better organized around helping scouts advance. The app is very limited in what you can do compared to the website...keep it going.

Would love to have this be updated on android so that it has more functionality. The iPhone app is far advanced what's the hold up for droid?

I cannot get on because I do not remember my password or user name that I used to start account on other phone I had.

Cannot get it to update information that has been entered on the main website. Troop positions were updated three months ago on Web and info has not transferred or updated on app. Other updates have taken several days to catch up.

Using your eTrailToEagle.com subscription*, you can use this application to manage rank and merit badge information for all of your scouts. You also have quick and easy access to your troop address book to quickly contact anyone in the troop.

Ranks:
Easily follow a scout’s progress on the trail to Eagle. You will be able to see their current progress and determine what needs to be done to help the scout advance.

Merit Badges:
We give you the ability to see which merit badges each scout has earned. You can add partial or completed merit badges. We also provide the ability to record a merit badge for more than one scout at a time.

Address Book:
Access a complete directory of your leaders, scouts and parents and their contact information.....right from your Android phone where it should be. Easily click on phone numbers and have them auto-dialed. Click on street addressed and have them open in Google Maps.

Parent Login:
Parents will be able to use this app and check on the progress of their scout(s). Right in the palm of their hand, a parent can quickly see exactly what needs to be done.
