About this app

1 Introduction
Smart Parking project integrates a plate recognition system (ANPR) in in Al Kifaf building.
The employees (users) and their vehicles are registered into the system allowing them to view and track the parking lot status based on vacant and occupied slots. Employees in the pool will be granted access on the basis of availability of parking slots based on feedback from the parking sensors, in real-time basis.
Administrator users can manage employees and alarms, query parking usage reports, track parking sensor states and manage a reservation system.
Smart Parking application is integrated with NB-IoT parking sensors. Additionally, it’s integrated with SOAP APIs of SekurZone system to receive vehicle entry and exit events.
This document covers the software and database architecture of the Smart Parking application that is developed using the Thingworx platform.
