I should have read the reviews first. I have two dog, of which one likes to wander. I thought this would be great. What a sucker I am. I have a Galaxy s10e and it installed properly and even worked with the itracker app, except when one dog went just 10 feet away, the alarm went off. I assumed that if I paid for the PROFESSIONAL eTracker version that would end the problem NOT SO!! It connected but will alert only when it's ready. VERY INTERMITTENT and FRUSTRATING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Don't waste your time or money. I was a fool and paid for the eTracing app after I got some Smart Tags at a conference which used the iTracing app. iTracing recommended using eTracing for a better user experience and stability. Neither of which happened. At least with iTracing I could discover and pair the smart tag with my mobile device, eTracing would never find the tags to be able to add and use the app.

Keeps making noise even when not connected. Dycoo tracker and it is free. This app is a waste of money.

As so many have said, this simply doesn't find the devices the free version finds without a problem had to get a refund, shame cos the interface is so much cleaner

Itag switches off when you disconnect so if you want to connect you cant. You have to switch itag on again first but what if its missing with your item??? So you won't find your item?? Alarm goes off when itag goes off. I have 5 itags and all of them does this on this app. Please explain how you use it for your dogs?? Can you track them on the map if they are say 15 kilometres away? Please help
