Works, but the long holds don't work well. It didn't stop me at 10, it doest record them at all and only once did it acknowledge I've done 10. If your notifications stop just realised adjust your times and they'll start again. I think the long hold part needs improvement.

App has 2 easy to follow on-screen exercises at 3 levels and records of what & how many, so this part is good. But I found alarm reminder hard to set. It's now alerting me for my preferred, mistakes & the default times but I can't find a way of deleting the unwanted ones. I'm fed up with my phone going off all the time so I hope this part of the app packs up. Update: exercise part great to follow and I'm getting less leaks, Super! but it's day 8 and alarm & progression log are no longer working.
