Great app! Workout choices are AMAZING! Helpful when each day my body needs something different. Extremely easy to navigate and choose workout/s for the day. With chronic back pain since the mid 1990's Essentrics fascia release, posture work and the lengthening and strengthening has been life changing for me. I'm not pain free yet but I can manage it so much better, without drugs, just by doing Essentrics workouts every day. Thanks to Miranda and all the fabulous instructors.

I love essentrics! They're the only workouts I can do without injuring myself but yet still challenging! They've really done a great job making the apps. When they only had a website it was sometimes hard to set up my workouts but now I can do them wherever I need to!

The program is outstanding. I have done at least one session a day, every day for 11 months. I am in great shape, strong, agile and have eliminated all aches and pains. There are a wide variety of options with different areas of focus, varying lengths of workouts, different workouts to keep you interested, multiple instructors, and even live sessions to keep things fresh. The ap itself has never had a problem. It is easy to navigate and never fails. I highly recommend this program

I'm a Miranda fan, and will always call these workouts my 'Mirandas'. Subscribing has made other coaches available, each of whom is unique. More cardio, or more stretchy, and just different flows, depending on who's leading, all while maintaining the central Essentrics methods. Many live sessions occur, keeping things fresh. The app supports Chromecast, the workouts are available anytime i want them, rather than being locked into a PBS schedule (thank you PBS!).

Fantastic science-based full body workouts. I love the variety of choices and Iove the way I feel after following a daily essentrics routine for 10 months now...and no plan to stop. I'm stronger, leaner and more flexible. Great compliment to walking, running or cycling.

Essentrics is amazing!! I feel great and I look forward to my workout everyday. I'm staying healthy and fit without wearing my body down with high intensity workouts. Also, I love the fact that stretching and toning is done in the same video!
