I had been so impressed for almost two years with my Essential Phone and how responsive the team is to deploy the latest patches on the first Monday of the month. However the latest update to Android 10 is so buggy that pretty much has rendered my phone useless, as I can't send SMSs or connect to the data services (the latter whilst Roaming). Thanks for the speedy deliveries, but quality is more important in this case.

I used to love this phone. The latest update killed it. My phone slowed down, many apps stopped working properly, LTE doesn't show anymore, WiFi signals come in weak. They destroyed a great phone. Now Essential told me I need to do a factory reset on order to make phone function properly again. I'm not happy at all about this!

PH-1, yupper another home run with Android 10. Let me count the ways this phone 'fits the bill', still. Nah, too many to list, but frankly who needs a pop-up selfie, glimmering case, 48mp camera when this phone functions flawlessly world wide, T-Mobile too boot. Just had to throw some stars at Essential. Signed, old dog liking stuff that work. ps; Essential 5G will spin my nickle!

This thing turns all kinds of heads, they never heard it but they just can't seem to believe it's beauty when they see it. Plus it's pure Android, I been heard how crappy the camera is but I honestly don't see it. This never stutters or lag on anything. I'll be keeping this for a while.

After the last update the phone become a battery draining device and OS keep crashing.

I have absolutely loved my essential phone in the almost two years that I've had it. In fact I find no reason to purchase another phone as of yet. It contains and offers everything that I could possibly want or need.
