A good idea but terrible implementation. Now always getting strange errors. Sometimes data corrupted, sometimes cannot send OTP, sometimes connection problems and sometimes it just hangs. Extremely unreliable. For a governmental utility service it's too important to have such quality deficiencies in my opinion.

Originally fantastic, the App was updated today - now I can not log on. I just get error codes.

it used to work before upgrade. now it does not. no paper electricity bill, no email bill, app not work, pea not reply emails, incompetence at its worst. in the press pea were boasting they would be covid free; but at the first flash of lightning plus first real rain this year two weeks ago: off went the power for nearly an hour. luckily we have a standby generator!!
