tried it out, the app is very limited in the types of reports possible. it only allows you to pick an archetype of what incident occurred ie identity/gender but does not allow you to specify things like was it a woman being derogatory to a man, the opposite, was it a transgender being attacked by a non-transgender or vice versa? context is very important for reporting hate incidents and this system only really builds a statistic that says that hate is occurring but not how or by whom.

What a terrible Orwellian idea. Report and abuse a quasi-governmental system of perceived offense for the overreacting and overreaching PC crowd. Just add facial recognition for a Chinese social credit score.

Fascism for your phone! Goebbels would be so proud of what you've accomplished. If anyone dares to step out of line we can report them to the authorities. We can use this app to get the state to commit actual violence against anyone saying anything naughty.
