Bad experience, I am a electronic security engineer by trade, This doorbell is a waste of time and money, I also wasted three hours trying to get this device to work, even when I managed to get it working, it would go off line soon after. The app is also very primitive 👎

I'm a security engineer .... this wifi door bell is a nightmare ..... installation instructions are basic , the app does not push notifications to you're paired phone most of the times .... I wasted hours on site trying configure this system ... but it is definitely a problem system .... stay away ..... no help from ESP Cheap cheerful waste of time system ...sadley

Get a ring doorbell instead, it's simpler to install than this. Made me look like a fool, that's time I'm never getting back.

Rubbish camera, rubbish app, rubbish communication between the 2. Do not buy this doorbell.

The app is very basic and the camera isn't upto much either. If the door bell is powered by batteries the unit is in power save mode constantly and won't allow you to do anything from the app. All its any good for is taking a pic of someone when they press the button but even at that you can't access the pic/video because it's in power save mode
