Works OK had some issues with Android but I called ESP and they sorted it over the phone.

I really like the app and it works fine whilst on the same network as the cameras (or in our house) but I can not get it to connect when I'm on 4g or a different WiFi, despite having excellent reception. I've read online many more people with the same issue. This needs addressing as there is no real need for the app if you can't view your camera's away from your home. Any advice from the tech guys would be greatfully received.

This app is not working properly. Keep disconnecting, loses signal and at times does not work at all. Thought it might be a problem with my signal at home so we bought a WiFi extender, so the app works well in the house but as soon as you out the problems starts. Not very good if it advertised as giving you remote access to your Cctv

Good so far but stream quality could be much improved. To use this app over external wifi or 3g/4g you need to use your routers external IP address, otherwise you'll never access it from any external network. Set up a new device with your external IP using the Manual add option.

the app was OK - not exactly eat t to set up but worked well once done. the latest update however means i can no longer access any recordings. it just says "device unsupported" - I've tried 3 different phones/tablets - none of them can access any previous recordings. if i can't access recordings then the device is virtually useless. Please release a fix.

Since Sunday 26th January 2020 it will not let me log in to the app! I just get error message "cannot connect to server". ESP is there a problem with your server? Please get fixed asap!
