Full disappointment. Every minute it rings: Your device is not fully optimized for Anti-Theft. When I enter the app it says that the device is protected ok. The Anti-Theft in Mobile Security on the device says it's ok as well. I had to disconnect the device for not to be bothered with these false alarms. EDIT: thank you for your answer. Let's do it and see what will happen.

not lower than 3'star rating. - biggest lack of rating higher is the following: myESET app page screenshots show it has landscape layout. completely false even if tablet forced fixed to landscape! next thing for Smartphone the app has no Anti-Theft page load ability within. Smartphone must use Anti-Theft via browser! the next things should be added. Landscape & Dark Mode to extend display life!!!! ** bug under device activity on summary: shows Device battery charged - when starting charge!

Connection error, 500 internal server error. App stopped working after renewing and upgrading ESET on my desktops and connecting them to myESET. Reinstalling the app did not work. Disconnecting VPN did not help. Error seems to be on their end. Otherwise they make excellent products. Long time user. 1 star for now until issue is cleared up.

Logged in licences show then says "Error Internal server error 500" suspect it's due to an ad blocker that I have running, if it is an adblocker really what's an eset app using URLs that are on adblock lists... Edit: Disabled adblocker and still get "Internal error 500" I think I'd rather my adblocker, as previously stated what is ESET using URLs that are on adblock lists anyway?

This is a shame. Your app is not working since yesterday. Citing connection error when I'm clearly connected. 500 internal server error. Fix this and I will raise the rating. It's annoying to have notifications of this app and not able to do anything with them. I sent an email and you guys have not responded. Also My Eset website works but your app doesn't.also did several uninstalls and reinstalls. Doesn't work. I'm muting notifications until you fix it.uninstalling it.

App seems good enough, and be handy when you have lots of licences for family, but I don't understand why I have to "connect" most of my existing devices when they are already using the licence key assigned to my eset profile.
