I am really happy that we finally got this app for our laundry room no more running to the bank for quarters. I only wish that we could check the machines to see if they are busy before lugging the laundry to the laundry room and then finding out they're all in use.

Works approximately half of the time. Failure to connect to machines, or saying there is no signal when the phone's connection is working just fine. Incredibly frustrating to use.

Connects well to the machines, but forces me to add money to my account in preset increments. This makes me often have not enough or way too much, which is incredibly frustrating.

For the 1st couple months I useless app, I couldn't get it to work on my washing machine and had to go to other washing machines in other buildings in the Winter. Now I'm just upset that it doesn't remember my credit card or address I have to put it in every time i add money.

Horrible & never works. Always says it never has internet despite my phone having full connections & no issue accessing the internet.

Very convenient. Makes doing laundry a lot simpler no coins no change machines simply put your clothes in and wash
