Their server is down all weekend making it impossible to reload cash onto the app. No way to contact them for this issue.

About this app

CyclePay is the new app name. Previously known as "My Laundry" and "CyberLaundry".

IMPORTANT: ONLY WORKS IN PARTICIPATING LAUNDRY LOCATIONS.

You can view your account balance, add funds and start cycles on washers and dryers in your laundry room. You can also view real-time machine status and send service requests if needed.

***For any service related issues, problems starting machines or to request a refund, please contact your laundry location management office directly.
