I know what you're thinking. Android already has a service to block incoming calls. Also your phone company has service blacklists. But with this app, total privacy is guaranteed, why the numbers have to tell others to provide this service? The application does not transfer any of your data over the Internet, or others.

It is a completely alternative implementation.
