App is more useful then the call center. Calling in an order most of the time no one is avalible to even place an order. The app is very buggy and crashes often or your left waiting on a frozen screen. That said app is great when it works. Now with the update they want to know your location before you even open the app which is very creapy IMO.

App worked great when I had a Samsung S8, now that I have the S10, it doesn't open up, unless I Uninstall it then download it again, EVERYTIME!! Don't know if it is a result of the new phone or a recent app patch, but if it is the latter; it's one hell of a coincidence to have these problems as soon as I got the new phone

Not set up for Canada. Its disappointing when developers of apps completely ignore the neighboring country. Edit: Reinstalled after being informed there was support and my city showed up when I searched for it, previously it was not working and not giving me canadian stores at all. Unknown why it was different the second time. Found some settings that allowed me to ignore US market as well, its not all bad.

This app is great, I use it almost everyday because I can order and pay through the app and have one of my assistants pick up an order at any location. Also shows the stock at each location. Hands down the best app out of all the other hvac suppliers. No competition, ahead of everyone else in the game.

This app is amazing! It works and is easy to navigate. perfect for looking up parts, warranties, literature ect... When I was having Issues logging in on my other devices. I didn't even have to reach out for technical support. They reached out me! They got the ball rolling and had me signed back in less then 5 minutes. They excel in customer service.

I have been getting ads in my notifications. The ads are disruptive to my productivity. I never should have to receive anything like that. My notifications bar is for notifications. Not your ad banner.
