Having tried everything to get the app to reliably send through notifications, a lovely man from ERA talked me through the process of tweaking the battery settings related to just the app and bingo, it all works properly now. So it is now a 5, rather than a 1, from me. UPDATE: App suddenly sending notifications when a door is opened/closed when alarm is off. Isn't recorded in log. Uses same sound as arming/disarming. UPDATE: After a day of these spurious notifications, today back to normal.

Great doorbell that works amazingly well and for a fantastic price too. Forget other doorbell cams. My only gripe is that when deleting the vids, there should be an option to delete all in one go, rather than individual deletion. Perhaps the app can be updated.

App has become almost completely unresponsive following the most recent update. Makes the alarm unusable (because there's no guarantee you'll be able to disarm it even if you can arm it, and I can't upgrade the firmware as instructed).

Y-Cam Cameras Go Dark I purchased a Y-Cam camera without a specified lifespan, but now I've discovered I can't use it. While I understand they can't offer storage services, it's frustrating that my live cameras are rendered useless. It feels akin to having your working car scrapped without cause or consent. I'm concerned about companies having unchecked power without legal recourse.

App works well. A little bit slow to open and respond when the alarm is sounding. Would prefer it if I could control individual sensors. also wish that the era doorcam could be viewed and controlled within this app. The team at the other end of the phone are very helpful, easy to understand and very easy to get hold of (not had to wait to get through yet).
