Rated 1 only because cannot rate with a nasty 0. We bought it rushing to print important documents.... the set up it's incredibly difficult... 3 different apps... and at the end of 4 hours spent .... no way the printer has been found or recognised or connected to my home WiFi! What a shame, I use to like Epson quality... but from difficult in the past are becoming impossible in the present ! Hope they will change completely the app and pay someone else to deal with it !!

This app used to connect with my Samsung Note 9 Phone to my Epson WorkForce-3540 All-In-One Printer. Now it goes not do it any more. My phone is saying that some of the features are not enabled on the phone. I tried the Wi-Fi wirelessly between the phone and the printer . It did not work.

Last update Jan 2020. Okay. What if my printer is new, just came out, got it this month, but your Epson apps say it's incompatible? Is Mopria my only option? I can't use apps on my android phone to create projects with my brand-new Epson ET-4700? Why'd I get left out? Epson's apps such as Epson Creative Print and Enabler are not compatible with my expensive eco-tank printer version - the ET-4700. All models numbers below and above my ET-4700 get Epson apps but my model doesn't? Why?

HOW MANY EPSON APPS DO YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD JUST TO PRINT SOMETHING?! IT'S 2020/2021 EPSON, GET IT TOGETHER OR GET OUT. *Miserable* out of all the major printer manufacturers - Epson is by far the worst and undeniably not user friendly what so ever. The app is garbage and so is their general Wi-Fi system connections. Will never buy an Epson product ever again.

Cannot move the window over to see the settings basically like everybody says this doesn't work.
