App doesnt have provision to view earlier records of cases reported earlier. It will provide a e record to the pharmacy. Further all columns are mandatory and the patients will not normally visit with aadhaar card, phone and pharmacy has to call the patient repeatedly to get the requisite info which is causing delay in submission. Hope this is looked into.

The OTP is not getting generated at all.. There's no option to edit the mobile no. Registered. The Application is pathetic. Please update the application and make it more user friendly.

So many bugs are poping up please look in to it and fix the bugs. After entering whole data while clicking submit it again showing please enter name or select mandal or select village some times count jumps to '0' if we log out again login issuses

It is completely useless app. Requesting developers kindly utilize government money in more innovative & productive way rather putting up some bogus apps. Still there are lots of bugs in the app. It go blank after filling up details. And why it's not available in App Store? Is it not comparable to IOS?
