The OTP system is a painful experience. Time and again the attendant forgets or the system is so slow that people just drive away. There should be an option to upload receipts later in the day like most other reward apps. That would remove all of this nonsense at the pump. Or produce a unique bar code that can be quickly scanned by retailers. Not sure what benefit the OTP brings?

Don't waste your time and download this app, simply because EPPCO and Enoc will not credit you the points and when you complain about the missing points they will just ignore and will not add the missing points. They have a 60/40 strategy which means they credit all customers 60% of all theirs purchases and ignore or don't add the other 40%

This app is useless, overpromising and outlets does not crwdit any of your earned points to the app. Generated OTP is invalid and will ask you to wait and try again🤥. This is a pinocchio app!

Good app. But what's frustrating is giving OTP to attendant when there is que of cars behind honking at you to move after fuelling and the attendant just forgets to enter the OTP. Better way would be to scan the bills maybe or a barcode type on bills to scan which will add points.

It was working fine until one time it logged me out and it's not allowing me to sign in again. It's requesting my email and when I put it the continue button stays Grey. As well I have registered with my mobile number and it doesn't allow me to log in with that either. I hope this problem will be fixed soon as i have been facing it for about a month.

First of all the OTP was not coming on the given mobile number. After that I now even after registering with the email and the password, the login page doesnt open my account. Upon re- registering the same it says the mobile is already used. What kind of App is this. Hopeless experience. Never thought such a reputed company Enoc would give such bad app experience.
