This is worse than awful. Theoretically, employees can use this tool to access helpful resources. In reality, it is completely nonsensical and unusable. Its worse than having nothing. Should be called a frustration generator.

Work Life Balance at it's best. This application allows for placing a request with my Personal Assistant, asking questions to a counselor and accessing all of my health and wellness tools.
