Was linked to this app from my city's website. They made it sound like I could log in somehow and see my energy usage, but this app only seems to have a bunch of FAQs on how to conserve energy. Buttons on the bottom all have broken images. Maybe the screenshots from the city website were for the iOS version? At least it doesn't crash, otherwise I'd give it one star.
