Poor app design. About every third use of the app, I need to force stop and clear cache and storage to log in so I can pay my invoice. This has been reported to the developers several times but I am yet to see a defect fix. None of the other 150-odd apps I have installed on my phone exhibit this behaviour

Doesn't work at all on Samsung Galaxy S-series. When it worked, it contained basic functions only. Not as good as PowerShop.

Its now mid Feb and the app still doesn't work! I'll be uninstalling it and just look at the website and hope to find my usage on there from now on, your app developers should be fired

My phone is also not even starting this app since the latest update. Always crashes at the login stage. Still waiting for the daily usage, peak and off peak data.

Still no daily/hourly usage updates/graphs. Was told when moved from Powershop they are coming. Months late, nothing. Nothing wrong with the app, but nothing great either. A wasted opportunity.

can't log in since the update. FRUSTRATING! 😠 How long is this going to take to be fixed!?
