Was ok for the first week but now the wrong colour and brightness comes on at the wrong time in the morning and the schedule is all messed up for some reason. Tried to give my husband access so he can control the lights too but his app doesnt register the lights are on so he cannot turn them off. It was so good the first week what's happened. And I would actually like a reply to this as I actually spent 90 pounds on 3 sets of strip lights which are now stuck down EDIT now one set wont connect

Would be helpful to have a remote also. I know its meant to be Bluetooth but I like ab option. Would also be better if you could type the time in rather then scroll it which feels like it takes forever!

Like one of the other reviewers, I bought one of the remote sockets from B&M and also found it turned on or off randomly. I subsequently bought a similar socket from another retailer which was made by Ultrabright. It didn't/doesn't appear to have to same issue - so, out of curiosity, I tried pairing the Energizer socket with the Ultrabright app and hey, bingo! Works perfectly.

Often have to open and close the app a few times before I can control the lights. The automations only occasionally work. Most days the lights change at times not saved in the automations. This app needs a lot of work. But it is just about useable, which is why it isn't 1 star.

i had bought this system from m.w catelog. hooked it up worked fine lost acsess to that email account and after three day they got it unbinded from that account.. now have it in working order, except my problem is i cant get it to load on my pc.. phone app great .. phone is linked to pc but cant open the app on pc or get the app to download.. app runs on goggle, pc runs on microsoft,,? suggestions please...

Do not buy any of the devices to go with this app, they turn on and off when you dont want them or have planned them to turn on or off. I bought my smart plugs from BandM and have took my devices back for a refund which they gave me without any hassle. I also exchanged them to see if it was just bad luck 5 devices since no change. I also contacted the developer regarding this a number of times a recieved nothing back.
