QR does not recognize to make payment most of time. only once that immediately says payment successful even when I didn't enter any payment. very doubtful then tried again. made me tried scanning at klcc parking for 5mins before giving up straight at auto pay station. lots of improvements needed. try do UAT at locations instead with real world scenarios. wouldnt want to get stucked at gate cursing.

Tried for first time today, payment function are smooth, interface are simple, straightforward. BUTTTT i cant get pass through the gate.. the machine wont accept my ticket, it says i didnt pay yet..worst experience ever, all motorists are queuing behind me. Kindly improve your system.

Difficult to scan. Once scanned troublesome to pay as need to pay as need to enter payment detail everytime making payment. Please improve. This apps is meant to ease user BUT at the end Troublesome
