Shows a floating 10 second graph. The numbers are completely inaccurate. Off by several orders of magnitude. To be useful: average results over larger packets, show at least a one-minute history on graph, and allow user to select the length of the graph such as 10min, one hour, 24 hours, 7 days..

If you're worried that some application may be consuming into your bandwidth in the background, or just want to keep closer tabs on the bandwidth your installed apps are using, Internet Speed Monitor(ISM) collect bandwidth usage data and measure the speed of your Internet of network connections such as Wireless or Mobile Broadband and allows you to monitor network traffic in real time by showing the download and upload speeds in the notification pane. also the incoming and outgoing traffic is represented on a line chart so you can see actual speed. Using this app you can always view statistics about your daily and monthly bandwidth usage represented in bar graph.
