• Browse plans: View tariff plans of top-ups, full talk time, sms, internet packs, roaming packs, 3G & 2G usage.


Post-paid :

• Manage all your post-paid and landline accounts
• Get details of billed amount, credit available, plans subscribed.
• You can view your internet usage and choose a plan as per you need


View Offers :

• One stop shop for best offers, have complete control as you pick the offer that suits your needs best.


Others :

• Chat with Agent – Manage all your services and raise all your complaints & requests at one touch with 24*7 customer care
• Locate Emtel stores: View all Emtel stores and use integrated google maps app to navigate to a store near you.


Emtel Wallet:

• Add money and use My Emtel app as wallet to make all your prepaid, post-paid and other bill payments from within the app

Imp note: My Emtel will only work on registered mobile users which are stored in our records. The application is available free of cost on Google Play store, however data usage charges will apply while downloading the app using mobile internet.

App Permissions
