When it works its great but 98% of the time it doesnt wantbto work. Im not happy my company makes me use this app. I know im authorized and i know my stuff is right so why isn't it working!

I installed this app on my phone several times. When I try to log in it tells me Invalid Customer Id. Please enter a customer id in the advanced section. There is no advanced section on my app. Please get this fixed. My employers are going to start using this app in June for our schedules. I need to have this fixed so that I can see my schedule.

All I need is the same login information that I use to login to the computer at work but it comes up with "you are not authorized". I know I am using the correct username and password Everyone else is able to login why not me?

No? You might want to try. It doesn't allow me to even set it up right on this phone. It doesn't give me the screen to put in my employer's info, before I would be able to put in my password. Also, I love how none of the better star ratings left a review. That's not suspicious at all.

The iPhone version of the app will show actual punches. A LONG time ago this app did too but not anymore. Also app freezes and closes everytime I use it.
