I originally downloaded this hoping they would have a payment section where I could pay my utility bill and not have to go through their Western Union service on the phone where you are charged for using it to make your payment. Very disappointed that I have to go directly to Empire's office when they're open for a "no surcharge" transaction. I'm lucky enough to live near one. If you're in a small town between Joplin and Springfield, MO however, you're S.O.L. Get your banking set up free of Western Union please!

What is the point if you cannot pay? There's not a lot of reaaon for the app if you still have to deal with the office or call.
