Aidoo Mobile Team Leader offers the following features:
- Job Scheduling: Manage the different fases of a site through the various resources needed (Personnel & Vehicles). All this information is on real-time and automatically communicated to the supervisor in charge of reviewing the performed activities on the site.
- Time Tracking: With a few clicks, the supervisor can indicate the hours performance of your personnel, worked hours of your vehicles and accessories on the site. The follow-up will facilitate your using process. These hours can be split by activity.
- Job Reporting: In addition of introducing the working hours and use of vehicles, it is also possible to add a comment to a job, attach picture (automatically linked to the job), a list of used accessories, etc. You can also manage supplied equipment for the site (Indicating by receipt, order or consumption). A history will always be available, on this way it will be possible to use this information as evidence for the good follow-up of your sites.
- CheckInAtWork: The solution can be integrated with CheckInAtWork. In accordance with the Belgian Law, the presences of your site-personnel will be automatically recorded.
