Most of the time when I try to log in i am told i have incorrect loging credentials. I have tried to reset the password but even after going through with that process I am told the new password is incorrect. I have only managed to log in two or three times in the past month. Would give the app less than one star if that was possible.

I would have given it 5 *s but my family members still can't use it to renew on their phones (theirs doesn't work like mine). It used to not work like that for me as well, and It is somewhat inconsistent, but it has worked so well for me now. I can do add ons, keep track of my usage and renew without having to go to Vodafone store. Very nice!

Not perfect and there is plenty of room for improvement but it is -without doubt- THE BEST telecom and internet services provider in Egypt. Period. No comparison between Orange/We to Vodafone in signal coverage,Internet speed and customer service. Very good decision btw to cancel SuperMBs and turn it to normal Mbs I have been requiring this for quite some time now. The app is very good and simple to use,very responsive and has great deals on flex and plus bundles. Ana Vodafone.

The app is easy to use and it is a one stop for so many tasks from paying bills to mange your dsl and subscription. Also it provides a lot of entertainment. Yet, sometimes when I receive a promotion sms the links doesn't work well and open in the application. The chatbot doesn't work well even with the simplest question

not good support I have to close and start the app many times for many days before I can get a document of my bill not to mention, not able to control my usb data bundle at all and no support even on the hotline worst customer support experience everrr also, the data service itself is really bad and unstable, i mean how much does a person need to pay to get stable service on his WORK bundle

I love this application, but I would like to add a call forwarding service to another number through Ana Vodafone, because this helps me transfer calls to any other landline or mobile number if I am in a place outside the network coverage using Wi-Fi. This service is available in the application of one of the other companies. I hope to add it to our application so that it is the best application. Thank you
