Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iBeacon Baby Monitors on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

Monitor the distance between you and your baby.
If you forget your baby at some location the application displays an alert.
Parents do take extra care of their child when they take them out along with them. How can a parent forget their own child somewhere? It rarely happens. However, unintentionally parents may commit common mistake of forgetting their baby in the car seat or they go away bit far while indulged in some activities like shopping, jogging or while a walk in the garden.

This app requires a device with Bluetooth Low Energy.

This application is still under development. But you can test basic functionality.

How to find the device?
1) Click the Loupe button next to the GUID field.
2) Click Find and wait locate the Beacons.
3) Select the UUID and then click the Select button UUID.
4) Select the value of the major and click the Select button Major
5) Choose the value of minor and click the Select button Minor.
6) Click back.
Register device.
1) In the GUID field add the number of your device.
2) Add the major and minor in Major and Minor field, respectively.
3) Click the Add Region button.
4) Click the Start button.

Config Alert, you set the phone to whom you want to send an alert via SMS. You can estimate a distance to receive the alert (The default value is 10).
